Lesa and I come from a traditional working and sales background. We have worked hard and been successful in business. A series of circumstances led us to move to the Sunshine Coast in 2011 where we embarked on a journey to start our own humanitarian aid and development organisation. After a couple of years of not earning any income we were looking for an opportunity that would enable us to continue with our dream but to also earn money as well.

It was about this time that I reconnected with a past friend RVP Ben Watson Brown who was also living on the Sunshine Coast. He introduced me to ACN and whilst I immediately saw the potential of ACN, I unfortunately let my scepticism of direct marketing businesses stop me from getting started right away, even though I was desperate for something.

Some 12 months later when our situation was looking even more dire, I decided that I would be unwise to not take this opportunity I had been shown and run with it.

Fast forward almost two years to the day, and after much personal stretching, and more mindset challenges and changes than we ever imagined, we have achieved the position of Team Coordinator. Probably one quote that typifies our journey the best is from Mr “Go Pro” Eric Worre himself…

“Network marketing isn’t perfect. It’s not gonna be a straight shot to the moon. No business goes up, up, up, up, up, you know, no problem, no drama. There’s gonna be drama. There’s gonna be challenges. There’s gonna be ups and downs. It’s emotional. It’s hard. It’s lonely sometimes. It doesn’t have to be perfect; no business is. But if you have and entrepreneurial bone in your body, it’s better. It’s better”

We are excited about our future in ACN and are determined to continue our ride to SVP no matter what it takes. Like most things in life, we now see that being successful in ACN simply takes an unwavering commitment to succeed and to never give up. Follow the system and help others around you succeed along the way, and you will make it to the top!
